Mind Maps

I've been on a training course, and the guy advocated use of Mind Maps.  Not a new concept to me, but a revisited one.  Given that I am TOTALLY paperless in my work, I am in a dilemma.  Are the mind map software packages any good?

Email Tip - the use of EOM

Emails are a bain in our lives, we cannot do without them, but there are too many of them.

Sometimes we only need to send a one line email and there's a clever way to save time for the recipient - put your message in the title line and put EOM at the end.  EOM means End Of Message, and your email client (eg Outlook, Thunderbird, GMail, Hotmail, etc) will recognise that and not hassle you by saying "you've left the body of the email empty".
